Lamb chuck
Clantra
Plain Yogurt
Garlic
Onion
EVOO

All except Lamb in process,
Mix into Lamb
Oven Pre heat to 300
Bake 3+ hours

Cus cus
Whole Food instant cuscus
chicken broth
pine nut
green oion
